I see TataIndicom on the top of the list.
1. Most Unreliable service in Broadband section
10 days/ month, I sit in front of the PC… look at the modem and wait for the net connection to get working, the fact is it doesn’t. I wait & wait & wait, but it has more patience.
To give vent to my frustration, I call the customer care at 11 in the night, a pleasant voice says “How can I help u sir!!”, soon after which I start off offending TataIndicom for all the pleasure I get.
Then the voice says “Sir, I have logged a complaint. Someone from the concerned department will get in touch with you and fix the issue”
The “Concerned” department is so dam concerned about the customers issue, that I have to call them back again after 3 days and remind them that they were supposed to resolve the issue within one 6 hrs from the time I reported the issue.
And what happens after that??? Nothing!!!
But when you get your bill, you will see the numbers that you have never seen before and never expected to see.
I had a landline connection from Tataindicom; I canceled it for obvious reasons.
Then I took broadband connection, again canceled for more obvious reasons.
I have another Landline connection from Tataindicom, have applied for cancellation.
Thanks to TataIndicom, they taught me the hard way.
I can stay without an internet connection or a landline connection, but will never choose Tataindicom.
